Steve Haslip — Chair Stories
I was asked to design a showcase for the SVA Chair Project. The chairs went through a process of transformation, where the designers followed their own blueprints. So here, I decided to create a custom typeface by transforming Avenir into something completely new. It's a tale of Jekyll and Hyde, where the new type contrasts against the old.
